Unlinking of devices

To unlink your device if you get an error that says "device is tied to another," you can follow these simple steps:

  • Send an email to hello@treekle.africa, OR
  • Click on Get Help & Contact us on the web page.
  • A support agent will be available to help you unlink the tied device.
