A) How do I join TreeKlUp on WhatsApp?

1. Get an invite link:
   Ask a friend or campaign owner to send you a TreeKlUp invite link. You can also find the link on our official website.
   
   

2. Tap the link to open WhatsApp:
   The link will open a chat with the official TreeKlUp WhatsApp account.
   
   

3. Say “Hi” to get started:
   Just type "Hi" or "Hello" and our chatbot will respond immediately with a welcome message and options.
   
   

4. Accept the Terms & Conditions:
   Before continuing, you’ll need to review and agree to TreeKlUp’s Terms and Conditions. Once accepted, you’ll see a list of actions you can take.
   
   

5. Choose what you want to do
    After agreeing to the terms, you can select from:
   
   

   • Start a New Campaign

   • Support Ongoing Campaign

   • Vend Services (like Airtime, Data, CableTV, and Electricity), etcetera…

Troubleshooting

• The link isn’t opening WhatsApp:
   Make sure WhatsApp is installed and updated on your phone.
  
  

• I didn’t get a response after saying “Hi”:
  Check your internet connection or try again in a few minutes.
  
  

• I want to join from a different phone number:
  Simply open the invite link from the device that uses the number you want to register with.
