If you didn’t receive a confirmation message or see your name listed, try this:

1. Check if your payment went through (bank debit alert or payment receipt)
   
   

2. Wait a few minutes — there may be a short delay
   
   

3. Still nothing? Type “H” on WhatsApp and click the Support line to report a problem. Our support team will recheck and credit the campaign if valid.
